The TDA8950 is a high-efficiency Class D audio power amplifier. The typical output power is 2 × 150 W with a speaker load impedance of 4 Ω. The TDA8950 is available in both HSOP24 and DBS23P power packages. Description:
The TPA2000D2 is the third generation 5-V class-D amplifier from Texas Instruments. Improvements to previous generation devices include: lower supply current, lower noise floor, better efficiency, four different gain settings, smaller packaging, and fewer external components. The most significant advancement with this device is its modulation scheme that allows the amplifier to operate without the output filter. Eliminating the output filter saves
the user approximately 30% in system cost and 75% in PCB area. The TPA2000D2 is a monolithic class-D power IC stereo audio amplifier, using the high switching speed of power MOSFET transistors. These transistors reproduce the analog signal through high-frequency switching of the output stage. The TPA2000D2 is configured as a bridge-tied load (BTL) amplifier capable of delivering greater than 2 W of continuous average power into a 3-Ω load at less than 1% THD+N from a 5-V power supply in the high fidelity range (20 Hz to 20 kHz). With 1 W being delivered to a 4-Ω load at 1 kHz, the typical THD+N is less than 0.08%. A BTL configuration eliminates the need for external coupling capacitors on the output. Low supply current of 8 mA makes the device ideal for battery-powered applications. Protection circuitry increases device reliability: thermal, over-current, and under-voltage shutdown. Efficient class-D modulation enables the TPA2000D2 to operate at full power into 3-Ω loads at an ambient temperature of 85°C.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The AD199x is a two channel Bridge Tied Load (BTL)  switching audio power amplifier with integrated ∑∆ modulator.  The modulator accepts a 1Vrms input signal (maximum power)  and generates a switching waveform to drive speakers directly.  One of the two modulators can control both output stages  providing twice the current for single-channel applications. A digital, microcontroller-compatible interface provides control of reset, mute and PGA gain as well as output signals for thermal and over-current error conditions. The output stage can operate  from supply voltages ranging from 8V to 20V. The analog  modulator and digital logic operate from a 5V supply.

General description:

     The SA58672 is a mono, filter-free class-D audio amplifier which is available in a 9 bump WLCSP (Wafer Level Chip-Size Package) and 10-terminal HVSON packages. The SA58672 features shutdown control. Improved immunity to noise and RF rectification is increased by high PSRR and differential circuit topology. Fast start-up time and very small WLCSP package makes it an ideal choice for both cellular handsets and PDAs. The SA58672 delivers 1.7 W at 5 V and 800 mW at 3.6 V into 8 Ω. It delivers 3.0 W at 5 V and 1.6 W at 3.6 V into 4 Ω. The maximum power efficiency is excellent at 90 % into 8 Ω and 84 % to 88 % into 4 Ω. The SA58672 provides thermal and short-circuit shutdown protection.

The TDA8954 is a stereo or mono high-efficiency Class D audio power amplifier in a  single IC featuring low power dissipation. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The AD1991 is a 2-channel BTL or 4-channel single-ended class D audio power output stage. The part is configured during reset to be in either 2-channel mode or 4-channel mode. To protect the IC as well as the connected speakers, the AD1991 provides turn-on and turn-off pop suppression, short-circuit protection, and overtemperature shutdown. To control the IC, a power-down/reset input and a mute pin are available. The output stage can be operated over a power supply range from 8 V to 20 V. In 2-channel mode, Transistors A1, B2, C1, and D2 are turned on by a Logic 1 on inputs INA and INC, and Transistors A2, B1, C2, and D1 are turned on by a Logic 0 on inputs INA and INC. In 4-channel mode, Transistors A1, B1, C1, and D1 are turned on by a Logic 1 on the four inputs, and Transistors A2, B2, C2, and D2 are turned on by a Logic 0 on the four inputs (see the Functional Block Diagrams).

General description

The TDA8932B is a high efficiency class-D amplifier with low power dissipation. The continuous time output power is 2 × 15 W in stereo half-bridge application (RL = 4 Ω) or 1 × 30 W in mono full-bridge application (RL = 8 Ω). Due to the low power dissipation the device can be used without any external heat sink when playing music. Due to the implementation of thermal foldback, even for high supply voltages and/or lower load impedances, the device continues to operate with considerable music output power without the need for an external heat sink. The device has two full-differential inputs driving two independent outputs. It can be used in a mono full-bridge configuration (BTL) or in a stereo half-bridge configuration (SE).
